A journey to the school A simple message for very young learners that you don't go out without an adult, you hold on to them at all times until you are in the schoolyard.	Back to school A word 'drag and drop' activity as learners complete sentences with the words available.	Safety & You Crossword A puzzle where learners have to work out the missing word in a sentence. They are available in a word list.	Safety and You A simple activity matching same pictures.
Arrive Alive A site concerned with pedestrian safety. All the information is in text and picture format but the sections of crossing the road and traffic light sequences may be of use. There are a series of quizzes on each section which may have some use.	Be safe all year round A word 'drag and drop' activity as learners identify the hazards which may occur in each of the seasons.	Stay Safe Crossword A puzzle where learners have to work out the missing word in a sentence. They are available in a word list.	Stay Safe A simple activity matching same pictures.
Fireworks A series of slides giving safety information about fireworks. By clicking on the fireworks the learner can create their own display.	Safe places to play An activity for younger learners identifying places on a map that would be safe to play. There is an emphasis of walking with an adult to these places with a series of safety tips given.	The Effective Detective A simple activity of observation, memory and recall of details. The identification of a person from given clues. May fit with 'The Stranger' activity.

Playground Safety An excellent animated activity which covers all aspects of safety when using the equipment in a playground such as swings, slides, climbing frames, merry-go-rounds and see-saws. Each piece of equipment has specific tips about safety.	Stay Safe A 'drag and drop' activity linking healthy sentences to pictures.	Violence/Injury Crossword A puzzle where learners have to work out the missing word in a sentence. They are available in a word list.
Safe Places to Play A series of slides emphasizing the need for safety.	Sun Care 1 A jigsaw activity. When young learners click on a jigsaw piece they are asked a question about the effects of the sun. It highlights their understanding of the 'danger' of the sun.
	Sun Care 2 An activity in which the emphasis is on using blue sun block. Young learners have to study a screen full of cartoon people and identify those wearing sun block. Simple but maybe effective.
	Sun is Fun 1 Activity for younger learners.
	Sun is Fun 2 Activity for younger learners.
	The Stranger An excellent interactive activity where young learners are warned of the risks of taking lifts in cars with strangers. Learners have to try and re-create an identikit picture of the man in the car. The potential use of this activity is far ranging.

Welephant's Bonfire Story The excellent story of Welephant and Spikey and their efforts to stay safe on Bonfire Night. Lots of safety messages set within the story.	Virtual Sparkler Try the safest firework around.
Dangers in the Garden Learners have to identify all the dangers in the garden scene.
