12 Days of Christmas A series of art projects based around the song 'The Twelve Days of Christmas' created by a school. The projects may give ideas to learners for drawings and animation.	Animation Pad An activity in which learners can create simple line drawing animations.	Animation Station An activity in which learners can create more complex and colourful line drawing animations.
Anim8ted Projects Video clips of a number of pupil made animations.	Cartoon Builder Learners can drag and drop animal body parts onto the canvas to create cartoon characters.	Animation Tutorials A series of links to tutorials on how to create animations. These will only be useful to older and more able learners.
Animated Man A demonstration of the wonderful creativity IT can provide.	Create your own animation A site where learners have to create an animation using pictures of 'Digger and the Gang' with whom many will be familiar. Using a simple but excellent 'drag and drop' facility learners can create a simple animation, place in front of a suitable background	Antics 3D An excellent download which allows learners to create realistic animations. Hours of creative educative fun.
Animation Examples of plasticine animations work from one school.	Draw a Picture A basic drawing and colouring activity where learners can use a variety of styles of brush. The excellent aspect of this site is the 'See It' feature where learners can see their creation as a short animation. This links drawing with animation.	Create Your Animation This activity allows learners to create a simple animation by 'dragging and dropping' a number of screens into a sequence. By adding a background scene and one of the background musical tracks they can create endless animations.
ArtBot A series of video clips explain how Garfield artists create the cartoons. There is so much within this excellent site which needs to be explored to use it fully.	Uneven Bars Learners can create their own gymnastics routine by selecting a series of movements and creating an animation.	Drawing Together An excellent site which links drawing scenes and characters with creating a storyboard and writing a story.
Beneton Movie Gif It allows you to create animations from scratch by importing the frames, dragging them into position, setting frame properties and more. You can also apply a variety of image effects (rotate, colour blend, blur and more) as well as animation.		Photo-Movie This is an excellent complete project in itself linking with Photo Story 3. A series of tutorials take learners through the various stages of production.
Cartoonster An excellent set of tutorials showing learners how to create their own simple animations.		Pivot Stickfigure Animator Pivot Stickfigure Animator allows you to create stick figure animations easily and without any artistic skills. You can move the sections of the sick figure and easily create a chain of animation frames that can be previewed as you go.
Drawing Storyboards A series of animated slides which takes the learner through the process of creating a storyboard for use as a story or an animation.
Drawing Together A complete project on creating animations. Tutorials on storyboarding and print out sheets for learners to use. An excellent resource.
Lego Robolab Guidance notes and resources for developing Robolab.
Pencilmation A short animation showing the simplicity of pencil drawings in animation.
Something Special An excellent animated tutorial which explains to learners how to create a number of scenes which relate to the story given. A resource with so many uses.

Animation Creating multimedia animated films, using windows multimedia player. (Gill Giles - Greenlawn Junior School - Torfaen)	Create a Poster A drag and drop activity in which learners can create a scene with speech bubbles.	Yellow Tail Simply an incredible animated scene. Learners simply draw a shape on the screen and then stop. The computer then continues to 'play around' with the shape.
	Puppet Personality An excellent activity in which learners have to create faces to show the feelings asked.
	Iron Age Cartoon A series of activities in which learners create an Iron Age cartoon by dragging and dropping characters into a background and then adding text.
